Porsche Cyprus and Minthis Highlight Electric Mobility at 2026 Porsche Golf Open

Porsche Cyprus, represented by official importer A.I. Motokinisi Ltd, teamed up with luxury resort destination Minthis over the weekend of October 10-11, 2026, to host the Porsche Golf Open. The exclusive event brought together high-performance automotive engineering, sporting excellence, and contemporary lifestyle against the panoramic backdrop of the Minthis fairways. Electric mobility took center stage throughout the gathering, offering attendees hands-on driving experiences behind the wheel of Porsche's electric lineup, including the Cayenne Electric, Cayenne S Coupé Electric, and Macan Electric.

Beyond the golf tournament, where players competed for top honors including Top 3 Men, Top 3 Ladies, Best Gross, Nearest the Pin, and Longest Drive, the weekend featured curated lifestyle experiences for all ages. Guests explored electromobility technology through question cards and the Wheel of Electric Dreams, sampled artisan coffee at a La Marzocco tasting station, and refreshed with Stretch & Tone Wellness Sessions. Younger attendees enjoyed their own introduction to the motoring world through the Porsche Junior Drivers program, navigating miniature cars on a dedicated course to earn personalized junior certificates.

Highlighting the synergy between both brands, Adam Davidson, Golf General Manager at Minthis, noted that the Porsche Golf Open combined the precision of golf with the thrill of driving to bring both brand communities closer together. Pavlina Iacovidou, Marketing & PR Manager at A.I. Motokinisi Ltd, emphasized that electric driving defined this year's gathering, showcasing Porsche's core values of innovation and refined living. A.I. Motokinisi Ltd serves as the exclusive Porsche importer in Cyprus with showrooms in Nicosia and Limassol, while the Minthis destination continues its development under Pafilia Property Developers.
