Coral – Shell Licensee Marks 100th Service Station Outside Greece, Highlighting Growth in Cyprus and Region

Coral – Shell Licensee celebrated a landmark in 2026 with the opening of its 100th service station outside Greece. The new outlet is situated in Osijek, Croatia, and welcomed customers in mid‑September. It operates under the Motor Oil Group and provides premium Shell V‑Power fuels together with a full suite of modern services designed for today’s motorists.

The facility features a Shell Café where patrons can enjoy coffee, snacks and a selection of dishes created by Mate Janković, one of Croatia’s most recognised chefs. Kirki Kalantzi, General Manager of Coral – Shell Licensee, said: “This development confirms the strong international growth of Coral – Shell Licensee and the successful implementation of our expansion strategy in Southeast Europe. We remain committed to enhancing the customer experience, developing modern mobility services and strengthening the presence of the Shell brand across the wider region.” She added: “This milestone carries even greater significance as it coincides with a particularly special year for us, with Shell marking 100 years of uninterrupted presence in Greece.”

Coral – Shell Licensee has managed the Shell brand in Greece since 2010 and has extended its network to five additional countries. In Cyprus the licensee operates 42 stations, while Croatia hosts 37, Serbia 12, Albania 5 and North Macedonia 4. The combined network serves more than 40,000 consumers every day across the five countries. Eric Mano, Director of International Markets, commented: “Our goal is to continue strengthening the company’s international footprint by investing in new growth opportunities and service locations that create value for our customers. The 100th service station forms part of an extensive network that serves more than 40,000 consumers every day across five countries.”

For Cypriot drivers and vehicle owners the expansion means more access to modern, well‑equipped stations. Coral Cyprus is a Shell licensee and uses Shell trademarks under license.
